ESARDA at a Glance

ESARDA is an association of European organisations formed to advance and harmonise research and development in the area of safeguards. It also provides a forum for the exchange of information and ideas between nuclear facility operators, safeguards authorities and persons engaged in research and development. ESARDA was formed in 1969 with the purpose of facilitating collaboration in R&D in the field of safeguards and in the application of such R&D to the safeguarding of source and special fissile materials.

ESARDA Annual Meeting Cancelled/Postponed

Seen the continuing issues with COVID-19 across Europe (and the globe), we decided, jointly with DG ENER, to cancel/postpone the ESARDA meeting in Luxembourg, originally scheduled from May 4 to 7, 2020.

ESARDA Course 2020 Cancelled

Due to the current international situation in relation with the coronavirus outbreak, we regret to inform you that the ESARDA Course 2020 is cancelled.

ESARDA 42nd Annual Meeting Registrations Open

The regsitration form has been made available for this year's 42nd ESARDA Annual Meeting. The event will take place in May at the Luxembourg Congrès Congress Sentre, in Luxembourg. For more information on the event and to download the registration form please visit the Annual Meeting webpage here.
