The three ESARDA Working Groups dedicated to horizontal / implementation issues invited the IAEA, EURATOM and all interested safeguards actors to review and discuss on the SLC. In the context of the Additional Protocol, The topic is grounded on the combination of “classical” integrated safeguards inspections and the results of other sources of information and analyses allowing reaching conclusions on the absence of undeclared nuclear activities.
