The 2018 ESARDA Annual Meeting will be held at the Luxembourg Congress Conference Center, Luxembourg, from 14-17 May 2018. As usual it will be a closed meeting reserved to ESARDA Steering Committee, Executive Board and Working Groups’ members, i.e. Parties, Associated and Individual members and ad hoc contributors, as agreed by WG Chairs.
Side meetings will be held on Monday May 14th at Luxembourg Congress Conference Center:
- 14.00 ESARDA Steering Committee
- 16.00 Executive Board
- 17.00 INMM ISD meeting
The Plenary event will be held on Tuesday May 15th, Luxembourg Congress Conference Center, divided into:
• morning session with keynote speeches of the ESARDA President, European Commission DGs ENER and JRC, IAEA
• afternoon session with invited lectures.
Wednesday 16th will be dedicated to parallel WG meetings (to be held at Luxembourg Congress Conference Center).
Thursday 17th morning to WGs or WG Joint-sessions (Luxembourg Congress Conference Center).
The Plenary WG reports and Closing session will take place on Thursday 17th afternoon (Luxembourg Congress Conference Center).
Participants should make their own arrangements for accommodation.
Some rooms have been blocked for the ESARDA event at the Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg hotel at a special rate of €195 per night B&B. This hotel is within walking distance of the conference centre. Interested delegates are advised to book early via the following link:

Please note that the bus lines have changed itineraries. On December 10th , 2017, Luxtram commissioned the first section of the tram that links Luxexpo to the Pont Rouge and serves 8 stations and two major interchanges: "Luxexpo", with buses and the future P & R, "Pfaffenthal-Kirchberg" with buses and the new station at the foot of the Red Bridge. This new service offer is part of the public transport network and national pricing.
