ESARDA at a Glance

ESARDA is an association of European organisations formed to advance and harmonise research and development in the area of safeguards. It also provides a forum for the exchange of information and ideas between nuclear facility operators, safeguards authorities and persons engaged in research and development. ESARDA was formed in 1969 with the purpose of facilitating collaboration in R&D in the field of safeguards and in the application of such R&D to the safeguarding of source and special fissile materials.

Joint INMM/ESARDA Annual Meeting Abstract Submissions

The INMM and ESARDA Annual Meeting organisers encourage you to submit an abstract to the Technical Program of the 2021 Joint INMM-ESARDA Annual Meeting, to be held in Vienna, Austria from August 21-26, 2021 (and online).

Our theme for this meeting is Advancing Together: Innovation and Resilience in Nuclear Materials Management.

The Technical Program will feature sessions on cross cutting topics, such as international and regional cooperation, advanced fuel
cycles and small modular reactors, data science and machine learning, strategies for virtual engagement and capacity building,
and emerging and disruptive technology. A wide range of topics are also sought within the Technical Divisions, Committees and Working
Groups of INMM and ESARDA.
