RSSA new article submitted by our US colleagues in PNNL has just been published in Vol. 66 of the ESARDA Bulletin. The paper presents the early detection problem, where the objective is to characterize and predict the intent towards developing a nuclear capability.
The tenth issue of the ESARDA Connector Newsletter is now available to donwload. The spring issue covers the activities that took place since early 2024, including an overview of the 46th Annual meeting, working group reports and featured/technical articles.

A new manuscript, written by colleagues in Uppsala University and SIPRI, titled 'Simulating submarine reactor fuel in light of the AUKUS deal' has been published in the ESARDA Bulletin, and will be shortly listed in the Scopus citation database.
The second ESARDA Final Disposal Working Group meeting will take place in Finland at the Olkiluoto Nuclear Power Plant visitor centre. The meeting is scheduled for 20-21 September 2023. The Programme and logistical information are available.
The second article of Vol. 65 of the ESARDA Bulletin has been published. This paper entitled 'List Mode Inference Using Linear Classifiers for Nuclear Arms Control Verification' is a collaboration between the University of New Mexico and Sandia National Laboratories.
ESARDA has just released the spring issue of the Connector. Issue 8 covers the last six months of activities of the association. This issue features four implementation for safeguards inspection regimes articles covering different geographical regions.
The new revised edition of the ESARDA Course Syllabus is now available to download. Twelve years since the last edition was published, this new volume has been revised with new content and updated topics regarding Nuclear Safeguards and Non-Proliferation.
