Activities of the ESARDA Working Group for techniques and standards for Non-Destructive Analysis

This paper will describe the objectives, composition and activities of the Working Group for techniques and standards for Non-Destructive Analysis (ESARDA NDA-WG) and will give an overview of the major (ongoing or recently accomplished) projects. These projects can be categorised in four main technical fields: general function of NDA instrumentation, NDA techniques for Safeguards (g spectrometry and neutron counting), NDA techniques for waste sentencing and modelling of NDA instruments.
