We are pleased to announce the publication of the first article received for this year's Bulletin, Vol. 65. The article is written by Finnish authours; Bogdanoff (University of Jyvaskyla) and Peräjärvi (STUK), and primarily concentrates on passive total neutron counting, which is used to confirm the presence of neutron-emitting special nuclear material (SNM) in the treaty accountable items (TAIs).
